Harris County, Texas
Infrastructure for development of the remaining 200 acres
Design extended roadway, sanitary sewer, and water lines and developed drainage for the full property. The completed phase also included a sanitary lift station, force main, and FEMA floodplain mitigation.
Pasadena, Texas
A separate, completed phase next to Phase I
The project used the same standard civil scope, with Phase II completed as a separate project alongside Phase I.
Houston, Texas
Major renovation and new construction on an existing club site
The work supported a new clubhouse, walk-up cafe, parking garage, pools, and tennis courts, with civil design for drainage, paving, utilities, right-of-way extensions, and air/vault rights for a sky bridge over Timmons Street.

Two completed campus packages
The packages covered a garage and commons building, then a sanctuary and parish-center connector. Civil scope included coordinated drainage and detention, utilities, paving, and SWQMP.

Loading dock drainage and paving repair
Floodplain mitigation was required to ensure the repair did not add fill in the floodplain.
Brazoria County, Texas
Design accounted for existing and planned SH 36 conditions
The project included TxDOT drainage design while SH 36 was under design, with the site designed for existing conditions and the future highway expansion.
